Job summary

TECEZE in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced IT/Desktop/EUC Support professional for a long-term role. You will handle device configuration, imaging/reimaging, software installation, and basic network troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include hardware repairs coordination, IT asset management with monthly audits, and collaboration with internal teams. ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT/Desktop/EUC Support experience.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation.
• Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination.
• IT asset/stock management and monthly audits.
• ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT/Desktop/EUC support to users across facilities.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Configure devices, image/reimage, and install software as needed.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and OEM warranty claims.
• Manage IT assets and stock; perform monthly audits.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain strong customer-facing communication and service orientation.
• Adhere to Health & Safety practices within the workplace.
