Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

On site 5 days a week - Charlotte, NC 28210

Duration: 6-month contract to hire, this will convert - they are looking for someone that wants to grow their career.

Salary: $60,000 upon conversion

Must-haves:

• 2+ years of experience in a desktop technician role
• Experienced with a ticketing system
• Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
• Experience with hardware support and AV support

Plusses:

Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Charlotte area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Charlotte location and a few other locations remotely. You will be joining a new team of 4 to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues, and some conference room setups. This will be a new team being built out of the Charlotte area to support headcount growth. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6-month contract to hire.
