This role involves supporting internal employees by managing various IT issues such as password resets, hardware support, and O365 troubleshooting. Job description

Location: 8110 E Union Ave Ste 700, Denver, CO 80237, onsite 5 days a week.

Duration: 6-month contract to hire, this client fully intends on bringing this person on permanently.

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour, converting at $60,00 on salary.

Must-haves:

2+ years of experience in a desktop technician role doing Tier 1 support
Experienced with a ticketing system (Client uses sysaid)
Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
Experience with hardware support, password resets and AV support

Plusses:

Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Denver area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Denver location and a few other locations remotely. You will be joining a team of 10 to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. The team is made up of 10 folks who receive roughly 50-70+ tickets a day. Fantastic communication skills is a must! This position is looking to start ASAP.
