Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide IT support within the base User Services/Comm Focal Point team. The role covers incident handling, deployment lifecycle, imaging, domain joins, and post-deployment security.

The position requires handling client hardware/software configurations, network and printer/file sharing tasks, and disaster recovery support, with security clearances or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based client systems.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot user-facing applications.
• Familiarity with printer/file share connections and basic IT support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer incidents within the U.S. base User Services/Comm Focal Point.
• Support the full client system lifecycle from deployment to remnant security.
• Assist with client system deployment, imaging, domain joins, and configuration.
