Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a closely related field required.
• IT certifications (A+, Network+) preferred.
• Experience with Windows-based IT infrastructures and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain secure and non-secure IT infrastructure and communications systems.
• Serve as 24/7 on-call point of contact for IT and communications issues.
• Manage classified and unclassified IT resources across multiple levels and locations.
• Assist in security policy enforcement and compliance with federal standards.
• Conduct system monitoring, maintenance, and incident documentation in ticketing systems.
