Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a closely related field required.
IT certifications (A+, Network+) preferred.
Experience with Windows-based IT infrastructures and security practices.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain secure and non-secure IT infrastructure and communications systems.
Serve as 24/7 on-call point of contact for IT and communications issues.
Manage classified and unclassified IT resources across multiple levels and locations.
Assist in security policy enforcement and compliance with federal standards.
Conduct system monitoring, maintenance, and incident documentation in ticketing systems.
