Job summary

Object CTalk Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support professional to install and support IT hardware and software for local and remote users. You will handle moves, adds, changes, and issue resolution across Windows environments and Remedy tickets.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, troubleshoot desktop and web apps, and follow up to ensure systems stay functional. Strong security practices and AD/Office365 experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Security+ certification is required.
• Experience with Remedy ticketing system is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environment is required.
• Experience with Office365 and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software issues and remote problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation and setup for IT hardware and software.
• Address user tickets for hardware, software, and networking.
• Troubleshoot desktop and web applications and assist users remotely.
• Create technical documentation and user manuals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure systems are functional.
