Qualifications

• Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.
• Desktop support and troubleshooting skills.
• Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2.

Responsibilities

• Provide network help desk coverage and respond to user questions and technical problems
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
• Log help desk calls and open and track work orders in the service desk ticket system
• Support activation, deactivation, and relocation of network users and equipment
