Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level CS/engineering degree or equivalent.
• Professional certifications (CompTIA A+/MCP) or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd level support to end-users on-site or remote.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Office suites.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance on desktops and printers.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and SLA adherence.
• Travel to client locations as required (60-700 miles range).
• Communicate issue status and resolution promptly to customers.
• Ensure asset inventory is controlled and documented.
