Job summary
Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients. You will respond to service requests, deliver hands-on assistance for desktops, laptops, and network devices, and ensure timely, accurate support at the client location.
The role is contract-based, on-demand, with immediate start. Candidates should be comfortable working off-site assignments in the Ashbury area and able to coordinate with the Service Delivery Team as
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows desktop environments and enterprise hardware.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Familiarity with basic LAN concepts and network troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals; resolve hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software applications.
- Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
- Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
- Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
- Follow client IT policies and security procedures when onsite.
