Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. in Madison, WI seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to grow and operate the IT Service Management program for the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in desktop IT support or ITSM.
• Experience imaging, diagnosing, patching, and deploying desktop systems and mobile devices.
• Strong communication with executives and various stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, lead, and implement ITSM improvement initiatives based on ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Grow and operate the ITSM program for Wisconsin DFI.
• Provide escalated desktop and hardware support including mobile devices and peripherals.
