Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Springfield, OR to provide end-user computing and deskside support for PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers. You will resolve issues, install equipment, and maintain user satisfaction.

Requirements include 3+ years of troubleshooting experience, ITIL familiarity, and preferably an A+ certification. Compensation is $19.50/hour (W2) with potential contract-to-hire after about six months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of troubleshooting and repair in end-user environments.
• Experience with PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers.
• ITIL familiarity and process adherence desired.
• A+ certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support and assist VIPs with IT issues.
• Install, move, add, or change (IMAC) equipment as required.
• Respond to change management requests and document status updates.
• Maintain service quality and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow documented service operations policies and procedures.
