Everforth Apex is seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance to government agency users in Louisville, KY. The role covers installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops and related hardware/software in a Windows environment, with emphasis on customer service and quick issue resolution.

Responsibilities include basic network troubleshooting, device deployment, imaging, and timely ticketing in our service desk.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to agency users both remotely and in person.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops and related hardware/software in a Windows-based environment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users.
• Travel within the service area as needed.
