Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an entry-level IT support professional to engage in desktop and mobile device troubleshooting across corporate, campus, and data center locations.

You will install and maintain applications, track assets, provision software with SCCM, and deliver excellent customer service while following documented procedures. On-site work with possible flexible arrangements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS or business study, or degree in either field.
• Work experience equivalent acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support Keys computer platforms at corporate, campus and data center locations.
• Track corporate IT assets through computer lifecycle.
• Install, support, and maintain desktop applications.
• Provision applications using SCCM.
• Support desktop and mobile operating systems.
• Provide high level of customer service to Key's internal client base.
• Communicate effectively with end users.
• Learn new procedures and adapt.
