Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student studying Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• Ability to work full-time in person during the semester.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in functional IT duties including systems integration design and configuration.
• Handle help desk tickets and end-user desktop support.
• Perform Office 365 setup and administration; Windows Server tasks.
• Assist in network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support PC refresh projects and Teams phone system rollout.
