A leading IT services provider is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ. This position is primarily responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, acting as the face of IT for internal users. You will solve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues while ensuring staff have the required technical tools. The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and be local to AZ. This is a contract position with hands-on responsibilities.
