Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services

Location: PHOENIX, AZ

Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Responsibilities

• Basic Windows OS skills, basic HW diagnostic skills, PC setup skills, must be able to manage PC parts inventory, action ticket system for work effort. Must hold to calendar integrity.
• Must speak fluent English, work with customers directly - face to face, and very professional.
• Must work well in team environment and take direction well. First shift, no weekend, no on call, no travel.
