Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, drivers, and system configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, Wi-Fi, VPN, and end-user devices.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, group memberships, permissions, and access through Active Directory.
