Job summary

ITECS is a trusted technology partner delivering managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and AI consulting to businesses in Dallas since 2002. This Plano-based role requests a full-time Information Technology Support Specialist who works on-site with a hybrid work-from-home model.

You will provide hands-on technical assistance, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers, and responding to help desk support tickets promptly.

Qualifications

Experience with technical support and problem diagnosis.
Maintenance and support of desktop computers and peripherals.
Knowledge of IT concepts and practices.
Strong ability to provide responsive help desk support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
