Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides customer-focused IT support to users and resolves hardware/software issues.
• Diagnoses, installs, configures, and maintains desktop hardware and software.
• Develops workstation documentation including inventory of installed hardware/software.
• Responds to service requests and coordinates resources across IS.
• Must obtain CompTIA A+ within one year of hire and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
