Qualifications

• 3+ years experience performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting in end-user environments (PCs/desktops/laptops/tablets/printers).
• Experience with desk-side support and IMAC activities.
• Understanding ITIL methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to client-identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests including installing new PC equipment and end-user deskside support.
• Perform IMAC activities (Install/Move/Add/Change).
• Conduct desk-side support and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate status and estimates to end-users and service desk.
