Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-location technical support to end users and junior technicians.
• Receive and follow up on all open/unresolved tickets; respond and troubleshoot client problems.
• Resolve problems involving hardware, software, operating systems, application programs, and network topology.
• Travel as required to customer sites or internal locations.
