Job summary

Ingenyx is seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to provide on-site regional IT support for a Mansfield, MA office and remote locations in the US, MX, and Europe. You will install and troubleshoot workstations, manage hardware, and train users to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong customer service, Windows/Office proficiency, and the ability to meet SLA targets while coordinating with management and teams across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Degree in Information Systems preferred.
• 5+ years of technical and customer service experience required.
• Experience with Azure, devices, TCP/IP, Office, Exchange, Teams, VPN, Freshservice ITSM, TeamViewer, and common printers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer issues and requests by documenting solutions and monitoring the queue.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations and related hardware/software.
• Diagnose complex problems and implement corrective solutions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, wireless access points, and printers.
• Serve as IT point of contact for the facility and coordinate user training.
• Achieve service level and customer satisfaction KPI targets.
• Order, track, and deploy hardware for users across sites.
• Maintain inventory records and verify serial numbers.
• Communicate effectively with all levels and manage high workload situations.
