Job summary

Methuen Construction is seeking an independent IT Support Analyst to join the internal helpdesk. You will provide hands-on and remote IT support across the Northeast, handling complex issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for buildings and infrastructure projects.

You will support imaging, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, manage user accounts, and administer Microsoft 365 services. Travel up to 10–15% within the U.S. and Canada is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on deskside/desktop support in a Windows SMB environment.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Experience with identity management systems (Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Experience writing and using scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues following ITIL practices where applicable.
• Manage device lifecycle tasks including imaging, deployment, and configuration.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID).
• Deliver advanced support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Document solutions and update knowledge base.
