Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking a hands-on IT professional to support the Desktop Refresh Project. You will help deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals to multiple departments on a schedule, and assist with asset management tasks in SNAM.

You will analyze asset data, coordinate with logistics and service desk teams, and ensure quality assurance throughout the rollout. Strong AD and SCCM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory operations and object management.
• Experience performing IMAC tasks in a Windows environment.
• Solid PC hardware knowledge and device configurations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow asset management and ticketing.
• Understanding of asset management and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, setup, configuration and QA for the Desktop Refresh Project.
• Assist in updating the SNAM portal with required details.
• Analyze SNAM data and apply corrections within responsibility limits.
• Coordinate with logistics liaisons and Service Desk for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage product inventories, process device recycling requests and handle issues as they arise.
