Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a desktop support, help desk, or IT support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and applications.
• Document incidents and requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Office 365; support macOS as needed.
• Support enterprise apps and printers; assist with AV and peripherals.
• Maintain SLAs with proactive communication to end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors for complex issues and on-site support when required.
