Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking an IT Desktop Analyst to join our team in San Diego. You will collaborate with information technology professionals to implement and maintain computing, network, and infrastructure assets for client end users.

Responsibilities include installing and supporting desktop hardware, setting up new computing hardware, using remote access tools to install software and resolve end-user issues, and maintaining asset documentation and logs.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher in an IT-related field such as computer science, technical support, or information technology.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in computer networks solutions, operating systems, or related IT roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML and command-line interfaces.
  • Knowledge of basic HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • CompTIA A+ certification not required.

  • Create, update, and enhance Wiki documentation.
  • Perform system, network, and device monitoring.
