Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Engineer for a 6+ month onsite contract in Cambridge, MA (also Danvers, MA). The role focuses on supporting manufacturing and lab IT systems and devices, with an emphasis on GMP/GxP environments.

You will manage IT assets, troubleshoot AV and IT equipment, ensure on-site network connectivity, coordinate printer management, and assist in Data Center power shutdowns alongside OEMs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting overall manufacturing/lab IT systems and IT devices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, lab, and Data Center IT equipment, including scanners, printers, tablets, and specialized PCs.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for IT devices and mobility support.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and OEMs.
• Knowledge and experience in managing power shutdown maintenance activities.
• Understanding of GMP and GxP environments.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide smart hands and feet support for technology teams.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve high-priority issues.
• Maintain knowledge of GMP and GxP standards in a clean room environment.

Immediate need for a talented Desktop Engineer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cambridge, MA / Danvers, MA (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:
