Job description

Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deskside support and imaging.
• Dependability: both to get work done independently, and for attendance for availability to work scheduled hours. Trusted to work proactively is a key attribute given limited site IT Leadership.
• Soft Skills are a must for this role.
• Ability to work with strong personalities. Coachable, Team Player able to meet customer expectations regularly and respond well to feedback from leadership.
• Work schedule: M-F, 8 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch. Start could be anywhere from 7-9am.
• Experience: 3+ years preferred, but no less than 1.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
