Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Desktop Engineer for a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The base salary ranges from $100K to $125K with a potential bonus of up to $20K, reflecting the role's seniority and impact within the Infrastructure & Risk Management team.

I’m working with a leading financial services organization that is looking to add a Desktop Engineer to its Infrastructure & Risk Management team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology, solving complex problems, and improving the employee technology experience - rather than simply working through a queue of tickets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide high-quality technical support to ~450 users globally
• Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, networking and endpoint issues
• Administer and improve endpoint management, collaboration and business applications
• Identify repetitive processes and use automation to improve efficiency
• Lead projects focused on reliability, performance and the end-user experience
• Work across teams to resolve more complex technical issues
• Contribute to change management, SDLC and operational best practices
