Qualifications

• Desktop engineering and EUC expertise.
• Experience providing end-user technical support at scale.
• Familiarity with automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to ~450 users globally.
• Troubleshoot desktop, application, networking and endpoint issues.
• Administer and improve endpoint management and business applications.
• Identify repetitive processes and automate to improve efficiency.
• Lead projects focused on reliability, performance and end-user experience.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical issues.
