Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a talented candidate to manage core End User Computing (EUC) technologies in New York. This role includes acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and driving improvements across collaboration platforms.

Candidates should possess strong experience in Modern Workplace engineering, Windows desktop environments, and scripting capabilities. The position requires onsite presence three times a week, offering a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in End User Computing / Modern Workplace engineering within enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Office 365, Citrix, SCCM, and collaboration tools.
• Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting capability for automation and support tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core End User Computing (EUC) technologies across the environment.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Drive improvements across Windows, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to a high-performance, engineering-focused technical culture.

Skills/Must Have

• Strong experience in End User Computing / Modern Workplace engineering within enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Office 365, Citrix, SCCM, and collaboration tools
• Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting capability for automation and support tooling
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, or EUC transformation projects
• Ability to act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and production issues
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, remote access, and enterprise mobility solutions
• Experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

Location

• New York (3x per week onsite)

Salary

• Up to $400,000 Total Compensation (Depending on experience)
