Job summary

You will install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals, perform preventive maintenance, and manage IT tickets. Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and laptop replacements with IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, peripherals, and software.
• Deliver hands & feet support for hardware, software, and network activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Manage and update support tickets with progress and resolution details.
• Set up and test desktop peripherals like monitors, printers, and accessories.
• Execute system changes as per organizational policies.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting using standard tools.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with IT teams.
• Handling Onboarding, Offboarding, Laptop upgrade, Laptop replacement tickets in ServiceNow.
• Creating shipping label for both Onboarding and Offboarding, To drop laptop in UPS to user.
