Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, is seeking a technical support professional to provide day-to-day end-user hardware and software support and project-based assistance. You will maintain desktops, laptops, and network systems, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions while supporting imaging and deployments.

Join a team handling incident resolution, remediation, printer deployments, on-call moves, and endpoint configuration.

Formación

• Experience providing day-to-day technical support for desktops and laptops.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Experience deploying and configuring OS images and end-user software.

Responsabilidades

• Incident resolution: troubleshoot OS and application issues and hardware problems.
• Remediation: deploy and configure images to endpoints and ensure updated security patches.
• Printer and peripheral deployments: configure printers and install peripherals across devices.
• On-call and moves support: troubleshoot and move equipment with minimal downtime.
• End-user device configuration and deployment: support OS deployments and ongoing projects.
