Job summary

ARCHER Systems in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to provide Tier 2/3 end-user support across the Microsoft 365 stack, identity and access platforms, and endpoint management. The role partners with the Service Desk to improve resolution quality and participates in on-call rotations for business-critical services.

You will administer Entra ID and Active Directory, manage Intune/Autopilot deployments, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to incident management, knowledge base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT.
• 7+ years of end-user/support experience with Tier 2/3 responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, identity, and device management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support for Windows workstations and collaboration tools.
• Escalate and triage complex issues; coordinate with Infrastructure/Security and vendors.
• Support Microsoft 365 services: Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Administer Entra ID and Active Directory RBAC and licensing; manage Intune/Autopilot.
• Coordinate device provisioning, lifecycle, and remote access tooling.
• Contribute to incident management, knowledge base, and runbooks.
