Stefanini Group seeks a Deskside Technician I to provide onsite IT support for the Nashville office, collaborating with the IT team to keep staff productive. You will deploy and maintain endpoints, image laptops, and support conference room technology in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years of experience and familiarity with MAC OS, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 apps, delivering strong customer service and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, browsers, and VPN connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of MAC OS and Windows 11 per requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions or escalate.
• Team player who can work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for staff and local technology operations.
• Deploy and maintain endpoints, image laptops, and manage devices.
• Support conference room tech, Zoom Rooms, and hybrid meeting setups.
• Track assets and coordinate printer/software repairs with vendors.
• Document procedures and update knowledge articles as needed.
