Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an on-site IT Deskside Support professional to assist in a large corporate environment in Hamilton, OH. The role focuses on Mac and Windows devices, printers, and mobile devices, with emphasis on prompt issue resolution and client satisfaction.

The candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain asset records, and provide support across multiple client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, and mobile devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and troubleshoot in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Deskside/Desktop/End User computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support in a large corporate environment.
• Support Mac and Windows devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform upgrades.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Track and resolve incidents via the client's ticketing tool.
• May provide executive support and after-hours coverage.
• May support at other client locations as needed.
