Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Proximity Support Technician II based in Irwindale, CA. You will provide in-person and remote end-user support for devices, manage device provisioning and MDM, and support Apple and Windows environments while ensuring service quality for luxury retail operations.

The role covers onsite asset management, printer and AV support, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to maintain IT health across locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience with networks and TCP/IP protocols
• Strong experience and knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and macOS)
• Familiarity with ITSM (ServiceNow) and remote support tools
• Proficiency with Mobile Device Management platforms
• Understanding of asset management systems and lifecycle processes

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Enroll devices in MDM and coordinate carrier activations for wireless deployments
• Support Apple devices (iPhone/iPad/MAC) and Windows with Microsoft Office
• Maintain onsite IT assets across stores, distribution centers, and offices
• Set up printers and videoconferencing equipment, and support network connectivity
• Perform lifecycle management of endpoints including imaging and provisioning
• Document activities in incident, request, and asset systems
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
