Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and end-user support in a corporate setting.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform imaging/migrations.
• Support remote facilities and users when needed.
• Maintain asset management and software licensing records.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure IT health and uptime.
