Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services

Location: RICHARDSON, TX

Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

• Should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs.
• Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.
• Should have significant experience in customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment, including experience supporting Office, Outlook.
