Job Description

• Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications, and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
• Need experience with iOS, HVDs and COU/Smart devices.
• Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.
• Candidate should have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work is done at customer location.

Desktop support for walk‑up and scheduled appointments giving the client the premiere retail experience is imperative. Work shift? 1st Weekend coverage? No On call? No Travel required? Yes
