Job summary

A leading IT staffing company in New Jersey is seeking an individual to provide on-site support for MS Windows operating systems and assistance with desktop and laptop installations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with prior experience serving executives being a plus. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system errors, installing applications, and managing hardware upgrades. Qualifications

• Previous executive serving experience is a plus.
• Experience in problem determination and remedy of MS WIN operating systems errors.
• Experience in desktop and laptop installation and modification.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site problem determination and remedy for MS WIN operating systems errors.
• Install and reload common PC applications and base images.
• Handle desktop and laptop installation, relocation, upgrade, and modification.
• Offer break/fix support including IMAC, data migration, and PC refresh.

Job Description

Duration: 12 + Months (with possible extension)

• Must have excellent communication skills, they will be serving Executives. So previous executive serving experience is a plus. On-site problem determination and remedy of MS WIN operating systems errors.
• Initial installation and re-loads of common PC applications and base images.
• Desktop and laptop installation, discontinuance, relocation, upgrade and modification, etc.
• Break/fix support. IMAC, data migration, pc refresh. Must have great communication skills/customer service skills.
