Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an on-site IT help desk professional to deliver deskside support for Windows and Mac environments. The role includes IMAC equipment installs, troubleshooting hardware and software, data backup/migration, and maintaining system configurations in a large corporate setting.

The candidate will manage incidents through the client’s ticketing tool, support mobile devices, printers, and peripheral devices, and may assist executive users.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV conferencing systems, printers and PC hardware.
• High school diploma required; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune and remote desktop tools is preferred.
• Ability to perform in-depth troubleshooting and follow KB articles.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support for Windows and Mac devices in a large corporate environment.
• Install, move, add, and change IT equipment (IMAC Support).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform data backup, restoration, and migration.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation; track incidents via ticketing tool.
• Assist with asset inventory and provide after-hours support as needed.
• May support executive users and provide support at client locations as required.
