Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a deskside IT support specialist to deliver on-site desktop and mobile device support in a large corporate environment. The role covers Mac and PC hardware, Windows OS, and printers, with responsibilities in imaging, repairs, and asset management.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain system configurations, and follow KB articles to resolve incidents. Occasional after-hours support and travel to other client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV conferencing, printers and PC hardware.
• Excellent communication and professionalism under pressure.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC).
• Support Windows 7/10 operating systems and related devices.
• IMAC support - Install/Move/Add/Change of IT equipment.
