Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a customer-focused Onsite IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical support for end users, devices, and workplace technology at client sites in Norwalk, CT. Travel to Stamford, Danbury, Trumbull, and Harrison, NY may be required. 1-year contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities include deskside support, incident resolution, workstation deployment, and collaboration with Level 2/3 teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers.
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and standard business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues in Windows environments.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook and Teams.
• Configure and support conferencing technologies and meeting room equipment.
• Manage incidents and requests via ITSM platform and escalate as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions; support site initiatives.
