Custom Computer Specialists is a growing IT company hiring a Level 1 Deskside Support Technician to join our team in a large corporate environment.

You will handle all incoming help desk requests, provide first/second level support for Windows problems, and assist staff with technical issues while enabling efficient IT service delivery. The role emphasizes teamwork, independent work, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• A+ certification is required.
• 1–2 years of hardware and software support experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems independently.
• Experience in a large corporate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming help desk calls via phone, email, and walk-in.
• Provide resolutions for Windows-related problems.
• Manage Mobile Device Management: Intune setup and issue handling.
• Process IT purchases, invoicing, and pricing of accessories; track POs.
• Maintain and improve Asset data in IT asset management.
• Monitor ITSM ticket queues and assist with A/V connectivity in conference rooms.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
