Custom Computer Specialists is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician – Level I to join our Onsite Services Team in Taunton, MA. The role involves hands-on end-user support for a Southeast Massachusetts education client, with a focus on delivering premium, deskside assistance and maintaining efficient ticket processes.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS, provide training, and support Webex and AV systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of in-person end-user support experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Windows/macOS and Microsoft Office.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ or Google certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium deskside support to end users on-site.
• Maintain ticketing system efficiency and organization.
• Resolve issues with hardware, OS, and applications.
• Support client A/V systems and Webex meetings.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with multiple CCS service divisions as needed.
