Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an IT Desktop Support Specialist in Batavia, Illinois to deliver deskside end-user support and service request resolution for PCs and Macs. You will diagnose hardware, OS, printers, and networking issues, while delivering timely communication to customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with PC/MAC OS environments, strong troubleshooting, and certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple, with potential to attain within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT Service Experience.
• Minimum 3 years PC & MAC OS support experience, diagnostic/troubleshooting, and repair.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with equipment, software installation and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt initial response to service requests.
• Troubleshoot system problems and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Provide temporary workarounds if repair cannot be completed on first visit.
