Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a proactive Deskside Support Technician to deliver hands-on IT support, image devices, and maintain lab and conference room environments. You will manage hardware assets, perform imaging, and provide on-site Tier 1–2 support, with focus on meeting rooms and AV setups.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in deskside support, strong Windows/macOS skills, and experience with SCCM/Intune and ServiceNow. This on-site role supports hybrid teams and adheres to ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of deskside/end-user support or IT field services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Basic understanding of device imaging and management tools (SCCM, Intune).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting hybrid work environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms.
• Provide Tier 1–2 onsite deskside support.
• Track and manage IT hardware inventory.
• Follow ITIL processes for change and incident management.
• Coordinate RMA and warranty support with vendors.
• Respond to incidents via the ticketing system SNOW.
