Qualifications

• Strong experience in Deskside Support / End User Computing Support.
• Experience with device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment.
• Familiarity with asset management lifecycle and ITSM ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, Outlook/Teams, VPN, and peripherals; resolve issues promptly.
• Manage endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune; ensure enrollment, compliance, and Autopilot workflows.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities, asset movements, and lifecycle updates in ITAM systems.
• Maintain accurate asset records in FNMS/Flexera and related tools; verify data against inventories.
• Coordinate with procurement, OEM vendors, and internal teams for repairs, replacements, and disposal.
