Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Tempe, AZ seeks an IT Asset Management specialist to manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance and recycling.

You will work 100% on-site at client locations, perform inventory, audits, and asset recertification, and collaborate with vendors while leveraging ServiceNow and Windows/Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Strong in Communication and interpersonal skills with IT hardware & software asset management experience.
• Experience in managing PC and mobile assets in ServiceNow and asset lifecycle stages.
• Vendor coordination for asset audits and stock rooms.
• End-to-end asset life management including forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance and recycling.
• Track lifecycle to maintain warranty, refresh dates and end-of-life information.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows Auto Pilot, Microsoft Office, Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting.
• Smart hands support for server and network devices.
• Train the Trainer program experience.

Responsibilities

• 100% Work from Office (Client location).
• Asset inventory management (New Device Asset/Import/Physical Stocking).
• PC Fulfillment and Lifecycle management including Autopilot/Reimage/Import shipping and receiving.
• Device Fulfillment (Windows/MAC/iPhone/iPad) and Device Recertification.
• Accessory Fulfillment and Unknown Device Research.
• Diagnostics & Sanitation, and Asset Offboarding (Recycle).
• Software Provision/Install, Printer Configs, and Return Labels.
• Walkup, Deskside and Remote technical Support and ticket escalations.
• New Hire onboarding training and orientation.
• AV Meeting Room support.
